As you heard the rumours around, the big ESN-Turkiye Welcome Party Spring `09 is taking place this saturday night. So fasten your belts, do not consume any alcohol, sleep well and get ready for biggest party ever!
Outline :
We expect around 800 participiants. Which means, ESN-Turkiye Welcome Party Spring `09 is going to be the biggest party ever!
This party is also a part of ESN-Turkiye National Platform Spring ‘09 program. You will have the chance to meet all ESN Turkey local members in all Turkey.
Party will take place at a very nice place called ” QUARTET “ cinsisted of 7 floors. The roof belongs to us!!! It’s likely that we have two floors. We will have mixed music during the night, so everybody will enjoy like hell!
Programme :
We will start the night with chill-out mood in which people can meet and chat with each other.
Then Utku Buyuksahin Band will have a live performance for about an hour. Utku is one of the best Electro – Guitar player in Turkey. He has played in Beatles Bar for a long time.You can watch a sample from his live performance from the following link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLNlWOIUxfE
- Before and after Utku’s show, Istanbul Tehnical University Eglen Bilim Group will have scientific entertainment shows and anitmations
- We are planning to have some games until midnight. ( T-shirt competition etc. ) If you have interesting and enjoyable ideas for such a big night just let us know.
Be sure that it is going to be the craziest party ever !!
TICKET SALE POLICY AND PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
ESN Turkey Welcome Party ‘09 ticket sale can be for everbody under these circumstances:
- With no prerequisite to Exchange students
- With no prerequisite to Esn Card owners
- With participant contact information to local students ( non-ESNers ) , to be logged into ESN- Turkey’s database and checked at the door for the security of the participants.
- On saturday, tickets will be sold only by ESN- Turkey office or at the door.
If you like to join ESN Team, and work with us during the night please let us know.
All Exchange students are warmly invited to contribute Erasmus Student Network for developing and executing all ESN organisations. Please contact to ESN Office if you’d like to be an ESN Volunteer.
